Admission process
Age Requirements for Admission:
Grade R: Child must be 4 years old, turning 5 on or before 30 June in the year of admission.
Grade 1: Child must be 5 years old, turning 6 on or before 30 June in the year of admission.
- Applications for Grade R and Grade 1 are advertised approximately one month before the application period begins, allowing parents time to prepare.
- Parents are required to fetch an “Application Form” from the school’s admission officer.
- On return of the application form the following documentation is required:
- Certified copy of the learner’s birth certificate
- Certified copies of both parent’s ID documents
- Immunization record for polio, measles, tuberculosis, diphtheria, tetanus and hepatitis B
Online application
You can submit an online application below to enquire on future placement for you child or children. Please take note of the following:
- This application must vibe completed in full by the applicant’s parent / legal guardian.
- Parent means:
(a) The parent / guardian of the learner.
(b) The person legally entitled to custody of a learner or
(c) The person who undertakes to fulfil the obligations of a person refferred to in aragraphs (a) and (b) towardsthe learner’s education at school. - The previous or latest school report must be attached for placement in Grades 1 – 7.
- The transfer card must be attached for a place in Grade 2 – 7, or in Grade 1 [if transferring during the year of another school]
- Failure to comply will result in delay to processing the application.
- If a learner contravenes any school rules laid down by responsible authorities, disciplinary action may be taken against suchh learner.
Admission process
The school operates under Section 21 status. To maintain the quality of education and services offered, school fees are charged annually. An annual school budget is presented at an Annual General Meeting (AGM). Once the budget is approved, the payment of school fees becomes compulsory and the SGB is legally entitled to enforce the collection of school fees.
Fee exemptions or partial concessions may be granted to families who can demonstrate genuine financial hardship. These are considered on a case-by-case basis.
The total school fees for 2026 are R5,600.00. Payment options include annual or monthly instalments. For monthly payments, the fee is R560.00 per month over a 10-month period, from January to October. We kindly request that all parents ensure their accounts are kept up to date.
